The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating during my Christmas stay. They offered to help us find a tailor and organized airport pickup which was a huge bonus. The hotel is in a great location near the metro station which made it really easy and cheap to get to the city center. The rooftop terrace was a highlight with beautiful views and they are currently in the process of building a bar.

Communication in English was difficult and it was quite noisy at times. We had to ask for basic amenities such as fresh towels and toilet paper actively and several times.

Additionally, the WiFi connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. I appreciated the homelike atmosphere and the fact that all appliances in the room were in good working order. The provision of a portable heater added an extra touch of coziness. The staff at the reception were always prompt in delivering food orders and parcels, even in the early hours of the morning. my experience at Gallivanto Inn was pleasant and I would recommend it.
